Bake yourself a summer body.
A 20-30 Minute interval based workout comprised of a combination of functional exercises. Carefully curated to target Cardio, Agility, & Endurance. Scaled & customised to your level.
The Smithy
Where Iron is forged. 2 Focused
(18 Min) sessions comprised of functional exercises to strengthen and condition specific muscle groups. The aim is to build essential foundational strength, power, and mobility.
The Laboratory
Know your body, know your fitness. 2 WODS (18 Mins) for time comprising a good mix of exercises from all 6 attributes. This will test your overall fitness level, track your progress, and reveal potential weaknesses for you to work on.
